My Review: 4 out of 5
This is the first book in a series, but each book is for a different couple so can be read as a stand alone story.I enjoyed the book and I liked the storyline, there is a few laughs, some drama and a lovely romance between single mum Avery and her brother's best friend Maddox.
I thought that Maddox was a really good character, he was just the right mix of Alpha sexiness combined with sweetness and caring. Avery had some issues to work through and so creates some drama and angst but nothing overly heavy.
It is a sweet easy to read romance and I thought this was a good introduction to the other people in the town and I look forward to reading the other stories in the series.
Would I read the next in the series or another story by this Author?
Yes, I look forward to reading other books in the series by this author.Would I recommend someone else to read this story?
Yes, it was a lovely romance story with just a touch of angst. A good read.
